ARK-Genomics – UK center for farm animal genomics (12K chicken cDNA microarray)

Chicken Whole Genome Array – Affymetrix has successfully worked with community groups (Drosophila, Pseudomonas, Arabidopsis, Barley, Xenopus, and Zebrafish) to build whole genome arrays. Affymetrix is to sponsor a design for a whole-genome Chicken GeneChip array and is working closely with the chicken genomics community to develop the content for this array.

The content and annotations for this chip will be hosted in the NetAffx Data Analysis Center on www.affymetrix.com. Affymetrix will provide regular annotation updates at no cost to the chicken genomics community.
